In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mp888 website accessible at https://mp888.bio, including all subpages, mobile-optimized views, APIs, and any associated software made available by mp888.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" / "mp888" refers to the company operating the mp888 Platform, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform following successful registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• "Funds" means real-money Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balances held within a Player's Account for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age-verification process required under international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play action placing real money or Bonus Funds at risk on any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to and use of online gambling services is legally restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond mp888's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government action, internet infrastructure failure, or pandemic-related disruption.

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, depositing Funds, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the mp888 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not access the Platform in that capacity.

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of mp888 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
4. You must not have previously had an Account that was suspended, terminated, or closed by mp888 due to a breach of these Terms.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools used to circumvent geographic restrictions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.
6. You must not be listed on any government or international sanctions list or be subject to any order that would prevent mp888 from legally providing services to you.

mp888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and permanent forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a telephone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. mp888 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify mp888 support immediately at [email protected].

mp888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed, and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform at mp888's sole discretion.

KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID, such as an Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of Age: The same document used for proof of identity must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, a screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits.

Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. mp888 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due-diligence checks. Funds deposited to an Account that fails KYC verification may be refunded to the original payment method, less any processing fees, at mp888's discretion.

All Funds deposited to an mp888 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account or e-wallet belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML review, Account suspension, and refund of the deposit to the source account.

mp888 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposit transactions are generally credited to your Account in real time; however, occasional delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, or processing queues outside mp888's control.

mp888 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. All Funds deposited become available immediately for wagering purposes upon confirmation of receipt.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been approved in advance by mp888's payment team for legitimate reasons.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn).
2. A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as displayed in the withdrawal interface.
3. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available business window, usually within 2–4 hours.
4. mp888 reserves the right to apply enhanced review procedures to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, in compliance with AML obligations.
5. In cases where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or money-laundering activity, mp888 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending investigation. Players will be notified promptly and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

mp888 does not charge a withdrawal fee. External fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility. Withdrawal times quoted are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond mp888's control, including bank processing queues and public holiday schedules across Indonesia.

mp888 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all mp888 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. The default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10–20%; table games (including video poker) contribute 5–10%; sports bets contributing 100% on single-event wagers and 50% on mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets. Exact contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Time Limits: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified promotional period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Duplicate Accounts, players using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or Players who have previously abused promotional terms are not eligible.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum stake per Wager is capped at Rp 100.000 per spin or round, or as otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus conditions are pending may result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal Cap: Certain promotions apply a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated clearly on the promotion page.

mp888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of systemic abuse, technical error, or an erroneous outcome. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error will be void and removed from the Player's Account.

All sports bets placed on the mp888 Sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules published on the relevant event page. In the event of ambiguity, mp888's trading team will apply industry-standard settlement rules as published by recognized international sportsbook governing bodies.

Key general wagering rules include:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended after submission, except where a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is made available on the relevant market.
• In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport and market. Generally, if a match is not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled kick-off, all single-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated as if the voided leg never existed, with the odds adjusted accordingly.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at mp888's discretion due to significant game events, data feed interruptions, or risk management requirements. Any bet accepted during a live-suspension period in error will be voided.
• Casino game results are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). mp888's RNG infrastructure is subject to periodic third-party audits. In the event of a game software malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• mp888 does not offer odds on events where the outcome is already known at the time of bet acceptance. Any such bets accepted in error will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mp888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through associates.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or conspiring in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting scripts, arbitrage systems, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or pricing mistakes ("palpable errors") to generate artificially positive expected value. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game or promotional outcomes (collusion).
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or making deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intention to wager.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mp888 staff, contractors, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the mp888 Platform — including but not limited to the mp888 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software code, game assets provided by third-party studios, promotional materials, and any other content — is the intellectual property of mp888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any Platform content without mp888's prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the mp888 brand, logo, or any substantially similar mark in connection with any product, service, or communication without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of mp888's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

mp888 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, mp888 may process your data for the following purposes: Account administration and verification, fraud prevention and AML compliance, personalization of gaming content and promotions, customer support, and improvement of the Platform. Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold to third parties.

mp888 shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any game outcome, odds display, or result — provided that mp888 acts promptly to identify and correct such errors in accordance with its published error-correction procedures;
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party internet infrastructure, Indonesian banking system outages, or Force Majeure events beyond mp888's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mp888's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mp888, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law;
• Your breach of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right;
• Any content or information you submit, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Platform.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your Account and these Terms.

mp888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• mp888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, licensing authority, or court order;
• mp888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity in connection with your Account;
• You have not logged into your Account for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant Account policy — mp888 will notify you before any dormancy action is applied);
• You are found to be a minor (under 21 years of age).

Upon termination for breach or fraud, all Funds and Bonus Funds in your Account may be forfeited. If your Account is closed for any other reason and your KYC is complete, any real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable fees.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding Wagers placed before the closure request, which will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

mp888 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you via email to your registered address and/or by a notice prominently displayed on the Platform. The date on which the revised Terms take effect will be indicated at the top of this page under "Last updated."

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange the return of any eligible real-money balance held in your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of mp888's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any aspect of the Platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact mp888 support at [email protected], providing a clear written description of the dispute and the outcome you seek. mp888 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and endeavor to reach a resolution within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 10 business days, either party may escalate the matter to mp888's designated complaints officer. The complaints officer will issue a written final determination within a further 20 business days.
3. Binding Arbitration: If the complaints-officer determination does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award will be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision.

The failure of mp888 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor does it prevent mp888 from enforcing that right or provision in the future.
